UPS IS OUR PREFERRED SHIPPER..All orders shipped to locations in the United States will be shipped UPS Ground. All orders shipped to Canada and other International destinations will be processed only after best available UPS shipping method and rates are calculated, then confirmed and paid by customer. Orders are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional shipping time for international orders. We will inform you by email if your product(s) are on back order. DAMAGED GOODS:If any items are missing or damaged from carton(s), please report this to us within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. If you received a damaged or open carton(s), a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier within 3 business days. Be sure to sign "subject to inspection and verification" upon receipt of such carton(s). Any boxes arriving damaged or open must be reported to the carrier immediately. Shortages must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of shipment or no credit can be given. When returning products, you must contact us for a return authorization number. PLEASE CONTACT US AT customerservice@actiondarts.com TO RECEIVE APPROVAL AND AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. RETURNS:Please be sure to inspect product before using. Items will be replaced or a credit issued for defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED TO RETURN MERCHANDISE. Contact customerservice@actiondarts.com for RMA number. We cannot accept items for return after they have been used. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective merchandise returned.
